1. Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations
Can I change, cancel, or get a refund for my ticket on Aviatrip.com?
No. Aviatrip.com does not sell tickets, process payments, or hold any booking data. We only find and compare the best deals available on the internet. Your booking and transaction were made directly on a third-party website (such as an airline, online travel agency, or booking platform).

Solution: To change or cancel your reservation, please check your email for the booking confirmation, identify the company you purchased the ticket from, and contact their customer support team directly.
Where is my booking confirmation or e-ticket?
Since your payment was processed by the partner website you were redirected to, Aviatrip.com does not have access to your booking records and cannot send or reissue confirmation emails.

Solution: Check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from the provider you bought the ticket from. If you cannot find it, check your bank statement to see the name of the company that charged your card, and reach out to them.

Why did the price change when I was redirected to a partner website?
Travel prices are highly dynamic and change in real-time based on airline seat availability, remaining ticket buckets, and server cache updates. While we refresh our data constantly to give you the most accurate results, third-party provider systems may update their fares right at the moment of your search. The final, valid price is always the one shown on the checkout page of the provider’s website.
